1. THE ADVISORY FRAMEWORK

Welcome to imagecounselling.com (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions govern the access to our digital infrastructure and the private application process for the somatic alignment and identity architecture practices operated by Laura Cristinoiu, located at Pfeilgasse 14, Vienna, Austria.

2. PRIVATE APPLICATION & RETENTION ELIGIBILITY

Due to the intensive, high-pressure nature of our strategic interventions, entry into the practice is strictly limited to private applications. Submission of a confidential brief does not constitute a binding contract or a guarantee of engagement. We reserve the absolute right to decline any application without disclosing the underlying assessment metrics.

3. INTERNATIONAL FEES, CURRENCY, & CHARGES

• All fees for our tactical interventions, private advisories, and corporate workshops are communicated in Euros (€) unless specified otherwise via private brief.
• We securely accept international payments. Clients are entirely responsible for any international transaction fees, currency conversion variances, or local bank charges incurred during processing.
• Fees for tailored private engagements must be cleared in full prior to the initiation of the somatic diagnostic or intervention strategy.

4. STRICT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING PROTOCOL

Because our schedules are optimised around high-stakes client milestones, booking spaces is tightly managed:

• Tactical Interventions / Private Sessions: Rescheduling requires written notice to laura@imagecounselling.com at least 1 week prior to the session. Failure to notify within this window results in the complete forfeiture of the session fee.
• Corporate Workshops / Intensives: Subject to the specific milestone agreements detailed in your bespoke private contract.

5. DISCRETION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The framework, specific mechanics, and pedagogical assets associated with the "Somatic Identity Architecture" method are the exclusive intellectual property of Laura Cristinoiu.
• Conversely, all personal tells, structural vulnerabilities, or corporate strategies disclosed by the client during an intervention are protected under our rigorous Protocol of Absolute Confidentiality.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our strategic interventions are designed to optimise structural presence, non-verbal communication, and physical composure. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed legal therapy. Laura Cristinoiu is not liable for any specific professional, commercial, or personal outcomes resulting from the implementation of these somatic adjustments.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions and all operations stemming from this Website are governed exclusively by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising directly from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
